- When it comes to speed at login time - The reason it is slow is because it is testing the stored IP addresses used for syncing. This is important to ensure your techs can sync from the field. You have the option on the Web Sync option page to not test the addresses at login time, but this is not recommended. If the speed for logging in is not a factor, we suggest you leave the setting as is (Rel. 10)
- When opening a reminder to edit, the Contact Edit page will now also open (Rel. 10)
- Moved the "Update this program" option to under Help (Rel. 10)
- Added the option to use %QBTECH% as a line class variable to pass the QB Fullname of the technician for each invoice line item. This is an addition to the old option of %TECH% which would pass the technician's ID as the class (Rel. 10)
- Updates:
- Labor overrides were not working when they were on the service level and not on work category level - Fixed (Rel. 1)
- Contract scheduling was fixed for multiple errors it was having (Rel. 5)
- Counts at the bottom of the contract now displays the counts for multi-service work orders (Rel. 5)
- When sending a QB invoice to a different bill to contact, the system potentiallt would throw an error saying "Customer 1" was not found. The error occurred when trying to add a job to a customer but failed - Fixed (Rel. 9)
