v9.26

  • Updates:
    • Asset locations corrected for rentals and owned properties
    • Billing issues of adding parts in office not showing taxes - fixed
    • Added Audit record for merging work orders
    • Error due to deleting division's - fixed
    • Changed lunch Time-Out to pause all work orders that were timed into
    • Updated Order Parts report to reflect parts pulled from truck

    • Added option on schedule to print summaries for a specific tech

    • Added Send Receipts for Paid in Field to QuickBooks (must have payment types defined: "Check", "Cash", and "Credit Card")
    • Changed Map code field to 50 chars instead of 20

    • Time Summary Report with "Show Employee Totals" checked, now shows billing totals by day
    • The pending warning, bottom left of schedule, now flashes if the related pending WO is marked high priority

    • When manually completing a WO in the office, a message box notifies users if the WO has no time records
    • Option to show actual time total under technicians, on the invoice
    • Phone fields with the titles "Fax" and "Alt. Phone" will allow those numbers to be sent to QB
    • When a contact is selected in scheduling, any future reminders will pop up

      • PLEASE NOTE: You will lose any user defined fields, phone numbers, relationships, attached files, etc, from the "old" record if they exist
    • Pre-payment can now calculate tax and make it so you don't have to open the contact's user defined fields to enter an amount

    • Now when Routing a Tech on the schedule, there is an option to build in drive time automatically between jobs
    • Option under Daily Options on the schedule to turn off "distance from shop" display
    • Added "Account Number" field, from QB, which goes to PDA as well
    • Option on the PDA to notify the office if a part needs to be restocked
    • Service Times Report
    • Cancel Button added to the Change Columns feature
    • Option for "Dimensional Parts", allowing you to enter length and width, in the field, as determined by the office
    • Multi-column drop downs added to Materials (when editing a WO), so you can see both the Part ID and Description
    • You can now sort the columns in WO Maintenance (just click on them)
    • The calendar on the schedule will no longer "swap" to the next month when you click on a day in the upcoming month (i.e. the current months will always be displayed unless you click on the arrow button or on a grayed out day, two months out) (does that make any sense at all?)
    • Option on services to not charge for parts/materials
    • Customer balance as pulled (manually!) from QB will now be displayed on the PDA if "Show Dollars" is allowed for that tech
    • Reminders can be assigned/set to User or Division (so each user can have their own reminders, and not have to see anyone else's)
