Service & Support
There's one more "feature" that's not listed above, though it's probably the single most important peice to our software: our support team.
- The support team will be coaching you through everything: installation, setting up HindSite for your business, office and field training, and any problems or updates down the line.
- Our support team is based here in the United States and works in the same office as the development team... meaning the right answers are just moments away.
- Also, support is included when you order the software. So are program updates and extra training whenever you need it. You're not going pay extra just to get problems fixed
