One person needs to champion the change. That person needs to seriously commit to working with us for 15-20 hours (on average) within the first 30 days to fully implement HindSite to your business.

We need dedication:
We need a commitment from your leadership to this change. Change does not always receive the warmest welcome (field personnel often have significant reservations), so we need management to say, "This is the way we do things now...no more paperwork".
In his sales calls, David Crary, the President & Founder of HindSite Software tells people "If you hand a PDA to your techs and say 'Try it and tell me if you like it', then it's going to fail. You have to hand the PDA to your techs and say 'This is replacing the old paperwork, so you need to learn it.' "
When you order you'll be assigned a HindSite Trainer, someone 100% dedicated to the integration of HindSite to your business. He or she will work directly with you every step of the way in managing this change. Their job is to do as quickly and smoothly as possible. Our goal is to have you up and running inside 30 days.
