FieldCentral Payment Processing Has Arrived
We’re excited to announce that, starting in March, you’ll be able to quickly and securely process customer credit cards with FieldCentral Payments.

How Does FieldCentral Payments Work?
We’ve partnered with , bringing integrated payment to FieldCentral clients. Users can now process payments directly from the Schedule screen, where you already access Property, Customer, & Contact information.
The payment screen shows unpaid invoices from QuickBooks, and you can select any number of open invoices to collect payment against. Card payments can be one-time or the card can be securely saved for future payment processing. Payment information is also synced into QuickBooks, marking invoices as paid for easy reconciliation.
We wanted to make it easy for you to quickly take advantage of payment processing as part of your daily activity, and simplify your accounting and collections work.
What's Next For Payments?
This is just the start! We will be adding more capabilities in the coming months, including the ability to send a branded payment link to your Customers to pay at their convenience, accept down payments for agreements, and more.
What Are The Costs?
You are not charged a monthly fee to enable payments within FieldCentral. HindSite has partnered with Stax to offer competitive rates (in fact, it’s cheaper than QuickBooks):
- 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction for Credit Cards (non-American Express)
- 3.5% + $0.30 per transaction for American Express
